At Tillie Cole Store, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
